Site content is provided for general information. Published service prices are starting points unless explicitly stated otherwise. A project begins only after both parties approve a written scope, schedule, payment terms and any project-specific conditions.
PAYMENTS + PROJECTS
Deposits, milestones, revisions, cancellations, ownership transfer and delivery dates are governed by the accepted proposal or agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, work remains the property of DEFY until all related invoices are paid.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
DEFY retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, tools, working files and reusable systems. Final approved deliverables transfer or license only as described in the project agreement. DEFY brand assets and site content may not be copied or reused without written permission.
LIMITS
Services and products are provided with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, DEFY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to it.
