Made-to-order and custom products enter production after payment and, where applicable, proof approval. Estimated production timing appears in the product or project confirmation and may change for complex builds.
DESTINATIONS + TRACKING
Online checkout supports Canadian and United States delivery unless otherwise stated. Available services, prices and estimated transit times are shown at checkout when activated. Tracking is sent when the carrier accepts the parcel.
DUTIES + DELIVERY
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage charges. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. DEFY is not responsible for delays caused by customs, severe weather, inaccurate addresses or carrier disruptions.
DAMAGE OR LOSS
Report visible shipping damage within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product, external package and internal protection. For a missing parcel, contact DEFY after the carrier's stated delivery window has passed.
