When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, company, project details, budget range and timeline. When checkout is activated, payment information is processed by Stripe; DEFY does not store full payment-card details.
HOW WE USE IT
We use inquiry details to evaluate and respond to projects, deliver requested services, support purchases and maintain business records. The site may record anonymous page and action counts for performance and experience improvement. These records do not use advertising cookies or create visitor profiles.
SHARING + RETENTION
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site, communicate with you, process payments or deliver an order. We do not sell personal information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal obligations and dispute prevention.
YOUR CHOICES
You may request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information by emailing DEFY. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
